Faith Formation at Blessed Sacrament

Faith is a journey—and wherever you are on that journey, there is a place for you at Blessed Sacrament.

Whether you are exploring the Catholic faith for the first time, preparing to receive a Sacrament, or helping your child take the next step in their relationship with Christ, our Faith Formation programs are here to walk alongside you.

Choose the path that’s right for you:

Make your faith your own.

Confirmation is an invitation for young people to deepen their relationship with Jesus, discover the presence of the Holy Spirit in their lives, and take greater ownership of their Catholic faith.

Through community, prayer, formation, service, and honest conversations about faith and life, students are challenged to move beyond simply knowing about God toward actively following Christ.

Preparing children to encounter Jesus in the Eucharist.

First Communion preparation helps children grow in their understanding of God’s love and prepares them to receive Jesus in the Eucharist for the first time.

Through formation, prayer, family participation, and the life of our parish community, children are invited to develop a faith that goes beyond simply preparing for a Sacrament and begins a lifelong relationship with Christ.

OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation of Adults) is for adults who are interested in becoming Catholic, have never been baptized, were baptized in another Christian tradition, or are Catholic but have not yet received First Communion or Confirmation.

OCIA is more than a class—it’s a journey of asking questions, building community, encountering Jesus, and discovering what it means to live the Catholic faith.
