Dear Business Owner,
On behalf of Blessed Sacrament, I would like to ask your help with our Carnival, Concert & International Food Festival that will take place on the weekend of October 22nd, 2004.
Blessed Sacrament, a private, nonprofit school and parish in Hollywood, has been an important asset to the local community since 1904. Located just east of Highland, the school has provided quality education and a rich social and cultural environment to children in Hollywood and its surrounding areas for many generations, offering classes from kindergarten through the eighth grade and making many scholarships available for children who otherwise would not be able to afford such an enriching educational experience. In addition, Blessed Sacrament's Social Services center provides unparalleled assistance to those in special need.
With so much at stake, community support is vital and with your help our Carnival will be a big success! Won't you please donate show your support by donating a product, a service, dinner for two at your restaurant, a gift certificate, a getaway at your hotel, a gift basket? Your gift will be used as incentives and raffle prizes and is tax deductible. With over 10,000 expected to attend the carnival weekend your gift will also provide outstanding publicity for your business as all supporters will have individual signs on display throughout the carnival.
